Anita Krčová focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcies and restructuring, legal audits and legal due diligence, real estate and construction law.
Anita has extensive experience with advising creditors and debtors in bankruptcy and restructuring. Thanks to her experience as a restructuring trustee in the bankruptcy proceedings of several leading Slovak companies, she can help her clients navigate through bankruptcy law and litigation, and find the best solution for them. Anita has also experience with preparing restructuring opinions and conducting restructuring proceedings.
Her other major experience is in real estate and construction. She advises in connection with real estate sales, including real estate legal due diligence and the drafting of transaction documents. She has broad experience with the construction facilitation process, mainly with obtaining planning permission and building and occupancy permits.
Anita has prepared the sale of several Slovak companies to foreign investors, which included the managing of legal due diligence processes and the drafting and negotiating of legal documents related to these transfers.
