We provide legal services related to registering patent, trademarks, utility models, and also in connection with drafting of a development and maintenance agreement.

We advised our clients in regulating some complex relationships between a designer, investor and implementation team in automotive industry. We also helped in connection with patents and trademarks. Among other things, we drafted complex contractual documents for the author and designer of K1 Attack racing special and Praga Racing Car in connection with the design, manufacture and testing of a racing special prototype.

In intellectual property and information technologies, we will:

advise you on the best structure to govern relationships between the author, commissioner, licensor and licensee;
draft or review transaction documents (such as development and maintenance agreements, prototype development and production agreement) for you;
help you to negotiate transaction documents;
advise you on the registration of patents, trademarks, utility models, supplementary protection certificates and design protection;
carry out due diligence of existing patents, trademarks and utility models for you;
help you with copyright protection.
